Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead immersive innovation workshops using VR/AR tools to visualize future tech ecosystems
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Advocate ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech adoption strategies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and national labs for R&D acceleration
- Present foresight insights at global conferences and executive summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-casting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology transformation
- PhD or equivalent research experience preferred
