Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market impact through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce scenario-based forecasts and risk assessments for disruptive innovations
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions with 5+ year horizons
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Portfolio demonstrating future-gazing methodologies and impact
