Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight roadmap for 2026-2030, identifying key inflection points and emerging paradigms
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and academic research to predict industry disruptions
- Design strategic frameworks for adopting exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuro interfaces)
- Present executive briefings on future scenarios and their business implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product, and market strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal and economic impacts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presence
- Published author or frequent speaker at global tech conferences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent professional designation
