Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce actionable whitepapers and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor R&D teams in integrating foresight methodologies into product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
