- Mentor a diverse team of innovators through quarterly horizon-scanning workshops

Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation, R&D leadership, or strategic tech development
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-defining products with 7-figure revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI
- Deep understanding of innovation frameworks (TRIZ, Blue Ocean Strategy) and future forecasting models
- Experience securing venture capital or government funding for experimental projects
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
