Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Support customer service initiatives and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools to track project progress.
- Conduct market research to support marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University, or a recent graduate.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (recommended for on-site roles).
