Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with company goals and market opportunities for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Identify Emerging Tech: Monitor global trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech to identify high-potential innovation vectors.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Inspire and manage diverse teams of engineers, designers, and strategists to deliver on strategic initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of competitive landscapes and economic shifts to mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities.
- Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
