- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core product suites.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive adoption.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Agentic AI) and validate investment opportunities.
- Establish ethical guidelines, compliance frameworks, and safety protocols for AI deployment.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or AI research.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and NLP.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience managing budgets over $5M and leading high-performing engineering teams.
