Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning innovation with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to identify high-impact opportunities for the company.
- Feasibility Assessment: Conduct rigorous research and prototyping to evaluate the feasibility and ROI of new technological advancements.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product, and executive leadership to drive the adoption of cutting-edge solutions.
- Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of forward-thinking and experimentation within the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex future scenarios and strategies to stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and advanced data analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Adaptability: High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
