Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to align our technology stack with our business goals for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Predictive Technology Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends (AI, Web3, Edge Computing) to forecast their impact on the industry.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes investments.
- Innovation Lab Management: Oversee our R&D division, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor technology stacks and market gaps to identify unique value propositions.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Recruit top-tier engineering talent capable of executing our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a C-level or VP role.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure architectures.
- Foresight: Proven ability to identify and implement disruptive technologies before they become mainstream.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, capable of presenting to global audiences.
- Agile Mindset: Experience leading teams through rapid pivots and digital transformations.
