Responsibilities

- Oversee a team of futurists and data scientists to validate hypotheses and prototype future solutions.
- Partner with product and engineering leadership to integrate forward-looking tech stacks into current development cycles.
- Communicate complex future scenarios to stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for long-term innovation.
- Establish partnerships with universities and tech incubators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Prioritize R&D initiatives based on ROI potential and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of leading successful R&D initiatives and technology forecasting.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Strong ability to translate abstract future concepts into concrete business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
