Responsibilities

- Conduct deep-dive market research on frontier technologies (AI, Robotics, Blockchain) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech thought leaders.
- Manage a budget for innovation labs and pilot programs focused on long-term growth.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Oversee the ethical implications and regulatory compliance of new tech implementations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, executive management, or product innovation.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
