- Oversee the architecture of scalable, future-proof systems that can withstand rapid market shifts.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to forecast industry trends and secure competitive advantages.
- Build and mentor high-performance teams focused on forward-thinking engineering practices.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and academic institutions for continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive technical leadership experience, including 5+ years in a CTO or VP of Engineering role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business roadmaps for the 2026 timeframe.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure), AI/ML architectures, and system scalability.
- Leadership: Exceptional track record of leading diverse, cross-functional teams through periods of rapid growth and change.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder presentations.
