Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 5-year technology vision with a specific focus on 2026 trends, including Generative AI evolution and Quantum Readiness.
- Lead the R&D pipeline for emerging technologies, conducting feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for high-risk, high-reward projects.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technical strategy with broader business objectives and market expansion goals.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and data privacy in the context of future regulatory landscapes.
- Identify and acquire strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Drive innovation culture within the organization, fostering an environment of continuous learning and adaptability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within high-tech, AI, or Strategy sectors.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technological strategies that result in measurable business growth.
- Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and potential Quantum Computing applications.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
