Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for Nexus Horizon Group, specifically targeting breakthroughs by 2026.
- Future Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technological visions into clear, actionable strategies for C-suite executives and board members.
- R&D Oversight: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prototype and validate concepts that will define our competitive advantage in 2026.
- Partnerships & Ecosystems: Forge strategic alliances with tech innovators, startups, and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Cultural Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking within the organization to attract top-tier talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within Technology, Strategy, or Product Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term trends and future scenarios.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current and emerging tech stacks, including AI, Blockchain, and IoT.
