Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-scale distributed AI infrastructure using Python, Go, and Rust.
- Design and optimize deep learning pipelines to support real-time inference at petabyte scale.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research into production-ready ML models.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines for automated model training and deployment (MLOps).
- Ensure system security, compliance, and data privacy across all AI workloads.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, specifically within AI/ML environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, database internals, and system performance tuning.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time.
