Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario planning workshops to map future industry shifts and competitive landscapes
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into development pipelines
- Establish global trend intelligence networks and pioneer proprietary forecasting methodologies
- Present visionary strategies to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor cross-functional innovation squads in future-proofing technologies and business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic innovations in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, spatial computing
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology credentials
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications (e.g., Futures Journal, WFS)
- Experience scaling innovation labs in high-growth tech ecosystems
