Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmap spanning AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams through end-to-end product development cycles
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Secure strategic partnerships and funding for moonshot projects
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Foster experimental culture through hackathons and rapid prototyping
- Measure and scale successful innovations across global markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership or R&D with 5+ in tech
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-level decisions
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future-tech journals
