Responsibilities
- Assist the development and marketing teams in executing daily operations and project support tasks.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and team brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
- Maintain and update internal databases and project tracking systems.
- Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team in testing new software features and identifying bugs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (High school diploma holders may apply).
- Demonstrated passion for technology, marketing, or business operations.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a technical environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer.
