Responsibilities
- Assist Development Teams: Support the engineering department with daily coding tasks, bug fixes, and feature implementation under the guidance of senior developers.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to help the product team make data-driven decisions.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise technical documentation, user guides, and meeting minutes to ensure seamless communication within the team.
- Project Support: Participate in agile sprints and daily stand-ups to track project progress and contribute to team goals.
- QA Testing: Assist the Quality Assurance team in testing new software releases and identifying potential issues before deployment.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure project alignment and success.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, or C++) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
