Responsibilities
- IT Support: Assist the technical team with basic troubleshooting, hardware setup, and software installation for office equipment.
- Marketing Assistance: Support the digital marketing team with content creation, social media scheduling, and SEO research.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and assist in compiling reports for the management team.
- Project Coordination: Help organize and manage internal events and company communications.
- Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate digital records and databases using CRM tools.
- Client Support: Greet visitors and provide basic administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program at an accredited college or university. (Must be eligible for college credit).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn over a long resume.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work at least 15-20 hours per week, including some flexibility for evening or weekend events.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to commute to our San Antonio office.
