Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and monitoring cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Document network configurations and security protocols
- Support software testing cycles and bug tracking
- Collaborate on cross-functional digital transformation projects
- Analyze system performance metrics and optimize workflows
- Participate in weekly tech strategy meetings
- Create technical documentation and training materials
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree
- 3.0+ GPA with academic advisor approval for credit
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Python or JavaScript preferred
- Ability to commit 15-20 hours/week during academic term
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
