Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing IT-related degree
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during academic semesters
