Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware/software systems
- Support network administration tasks including device configuration and monitoring
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software implementation projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support to internal employees
- Assist in cloud infrastructure management using AWS/Azure
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
