Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms
- Support network monitoring and security incident response procedures
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation for internal teams
- Collaborate on software testing cycles and bug resolution
- Research emerging technologies and present findings to the engineering team
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives and digital transformation projects
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (sophomore/junior status preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
