Responsibilities
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Assist with hardware/software troubleshooting and user support
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cybersecurity awareness campaigns
- Participate in system upgrades and patch management
- Shadow senior engineers on client projects
- Conduct periodic IT audits and compliance checks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 2+ year college program (IT/CS preferred)
- Eligible to receive academic credit for internship
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to commit to 20-25 hours/week through semester
- Valid driver's license (occasional local travel required)
