Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining company websites using HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Support network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Collaborate on database management and SQL optimization tasks
- Document technical processes and create user guides
- Participate in agile development sprint planning and reviews
- Test software applications and report bugs
- Research emerging technologies and present findings to the team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (Computer Science/IT preferred)
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Flexible schedule including 15-20 hours/week availability
