Responsibilities
- Assist in software development lifecycle including coding, testing, and debugging
- Support infrastructure maintenance and cloud platform operations
- Collaborate on data analysis projects using SQL and Python
- Document technical processes and create user guides
- Participate in agile sprint planning and stand-up meetings
- Research emerging technologies and present findings to the team
- Provide Level 1 IT support for internal systems
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with databases (SQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week during academic terms
