Responsibilities
- Assist in network infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting
- Support system administration tasks across Windows/Linux environments
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and threat monitoring
- Create technical documentation and user guides
- Collaborate with development teams on software testing
- Monitor helpdesk tickets and provide tier-1 support
- Shadow senior engineers during system upgrades
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
