Responsibilities
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Support cloud platform administration (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT procedures and create technical guides
- Collaborate on cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Perform hardware/software installation and maintenance
- Participate in cross-departmental tech projects
- Track and analyze system performance metrics
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
