Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees across hardware/software issues
- Assist with network administration tasks including system monitoring and updates
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives
- Test and deploy software updates in controlled environments
- Support cybersecurity awareness campaigns
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Associate's/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fundamental understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
