Responsibilities
- Assist with hardware/software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Support network administration and cybersecurity protocols
- Create technical documentation and user guides
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure projects (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in system testing and quality assurance
- Provide end-user support via ticketing systems
- Learn and implement industry best practices
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso office
- Must be available 15-20 hours/week
