Responsibilities
- Assist the IT department with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for staff and clients.
- Perform routine maintenance on office computers, printers, and network equipment.
- Monitor system performance and report technical anomalies to the senior technician.
- Provide tier-one support via phone and email to resolve basic user queries.
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate service logs.
- Participate in the installation and configuration of new software and peripherals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of reliability and a positive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
