Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team with daily hardware and software troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Support business operations by performing data entry, reporting, and filing.
- Conduct market research and compile competitive analysis reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage social media channels and content calendars.
- Monitor inventory levels for office supplies and equipment.
- Participate in team meetings and help document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology and business operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
