Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure hardware including laptops, peripherals, and network devices
- Assist with system monitoring, backups, and security patching
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Participate in cross-departmental technology initiatives
- Collaborate with team on network troubleshooting and maintenance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree (Sophomore/Junior standing)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must be eligible for academic credit
