Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal teams and clients
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Perform system backups and security audits
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on cross-functional projects
- Assist with software installations and configuration updates
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Available to work 12am-8am, 3-4 nights per week
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
