Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for internal systems and external clients during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including servers, firewalls, and cloud services
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system updates in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with global teams to implement security patches and system updates
- Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs on workstations and mobile devices
- Assist with disaster recovery testing and data backup verification
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, and cybersecurity principles
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-call rotations
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Available to work 40 hours/week on night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
