Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for enterprise systems during night shifts
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Monitor network security and implement preventive maintenance protocols
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Participate in system upgrades and disaster recovery drills
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and procurement records
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Must be available for 20-30 hours/week during night shifts
