Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with hardware/software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in network monitoring and basic security protocols
- Collaborate on IT projects including system upgrades and migrations
- Support end-user training and onboarding processes
- Track and resolve help desk tickets using ticketing systems
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university (any major)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during academic terms
