Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues for onsite and remote users.
- Assist in maintaining and updating IT inventory and asset management logs.
- Monitor server performance and perform routine system checks on weekends.
- Collaborate with the team to implement new IT policies and security protocols.
- Document technical solutions and resolutions in our helpdesk ticketing system.
- Conduct basic network connectivity troubleshooting and printer maintenance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotational basis.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
