Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via remote and onsite assistance
- Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across enterprise environments
- Document IT procedures, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides
- Monitor network performance and assist with security audits
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for critical incident response
- Assist with asset management and inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and network fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays (20-25 hours/week)
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for internship completion
