Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees via phone and email.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Conduct inventory checks for hardware and software assets.
- Support the deployment of new applications and devices.
- Collaborate with the team to improve internal processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that accommodates class times.
