Responsibilities
- Monitor server logs and network traffic to identify potential issues in real-time.
- Assist the senior technical team in troubleshooting hardware and software errors.
- Perform routine data entry and validation to ensure database integrity during off-hours.
- Document technical procedures and incident reports in the centralized knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication during the shift.
- Conduct basic security audits and patch management under supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with flexibility for overtime.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) is a plus.
- Reliable transportation required for local commute in Houston, TX.
