This is a fantastic opportunity for recent high school graduates or current college students to kickstart their careers in the IT sector. No prior experience is required—we are looking for candidates with a strong willingness to learn and a passion for technology.
What You Will Do:
As an Intern, you will work closely with our senior engineers and support staff to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You will assist in various technical projects, learn troubleshooting techniques, and contribute to real-world solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist the technical support team with diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues for internal and external clients.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions to learn agile methodologies.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and prepare short reports for the development team.
- Help maintain and update the company's internal knowledge base and documentation.
- Support the IT department with inventory management and asset tagging.
- Collaborate on small coding projects to gain practical programming experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution (High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program).
- No professional experience required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall.
