Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Team: Support daily technical operations and help maintain our office network infrastructure.
- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for internal staff regarding technical issues and software inquiries.
- System Updates: Help monitor system performance and assist in the deployment of necessary software updates.
- Documentation: Learn to document technical procedures and create user guides for new tools.
- Data Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining digital archives and databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or bachelor's degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Experience: No prior work experience required; we value potential and attitude over technical expertise.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic familiarity with computers, smartphones, and operating systems is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, organized, and capable of working independently.
