Responsibilities
- Assist the IT department with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Set up workstations for new employees and configure network access.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Learn and apply basic knowledge of operating systems and office applications.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
