Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve basic software and network issues.
- Manage and update inventory of IT assets and supplies.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program for Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
