Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms and email newsletters.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and audience preferences to support strategic decision-making.
- Create engaging content including blog posts, social media captions, and graphics under the guidance of senior team members.
- Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and maintaining project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels.
- Attend weekly training sessions to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- No prior work experience is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over a resume.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) is a plus.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving and task completion.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
