Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with software testing, bug tracking, and quality assurance processes.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support ongoing internal projects and client deliverables.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to understand project workflows and agile methodologies.
- Update technical documentation, internal wikis, and user manuals to ensure clarity.
- Learn and apply current web technologies under the guidance of senior developers and engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues and improve system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies and software tools quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and resilience when facing challenges.
- No prior professional experience is required; we value potential and drive.
