Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Support team in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software technical issues.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory and asset tracking systems.
- Respond to help desk tickets and communicate effectively with internal clients.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to align on project goals.
- Learn and implement basic network troubleshooting protocols.
- Support the deployment of new software and hardware upgrades.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
